Nurture Sheffield is a collective of independent Complementary Health Therapists who share this website with view to supporting and empowering individuals in their pre conceptual, Pregnancy and Post Natal journeys. 

Our website includes links to individual therapists’ websites. Each therapist has an individual Privacy Policy and you can read this on their individual websites or ask them directly for further details.

What Data Do We Collect and how is this shared?

We collect data as per our contact page (name, email address, telephone number, nature of your enquiry).   We also have a shared gmail account which can be accessed by all individual therapists.

This information can be shared amongst all therapists with a view to identifying the most appropriate therapist to support you.

We will always use your data for the purposes in which you shared it, so e.g. if you request a specific therapy, your information would be forward directly to that therapist or therapists if there is more than one.

If you have attended an event and given your expression permission to be contacted regarding future events, this information can be accessed by all Nurture Sheffield Therapists. You can at any time opt out of being contacted by emailing nurturesheff@gmail.com.  This information will be stored centrally. 

Your data is stored in line with GDPR requirements.

Once you have engaged with your therapist you will then be directed to their individual Privacy Policy.

Third Parties

We will never share your details or information with any other person or organisation.  If you want an individual therapist to do this on your behalf, then please refer to their individual Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access, request to change, share or restrict  data we store on you.  You can do this by emailing nurturesheff@gmail.com.

Should you wish to complain or report a complaint in relation to the data we process and collect, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/.
